Brisbane City Council has opened a public consultation on five districts that will be cut through the North-South corridor.
Residents can have their say on the draft framework and precinct renewal strategies by Monday 29 June. Documents exposing future plans for the Exhibition, Roma Street, Albert Street, Woolloongabba and Boggo Road stations and surroundings are already open to the public.
“The draft framework is a starting point for the urban renewal process and will be supported by a series of renewal strategies to guide the transformation of the five key precincts along the knowledge corridor,” details the council.
To participate, residents need to fill a survey on the council’s website. Draft versions of the strategies can be downloaded here.
